  • The aim will be to assist you in finding out your true feelings about things so that you will gain confidence and  allow your self-esteem to rise to where it should really be. 
 
  • You will learn how to recognise negative feelings and thoughts and how to manage and control those feelings, thoughts and behaviours, using CBT and person-centred therapy.
 
The Holistic Psychotherapy used is a natural and organic process.
It is mindful, positive  and  trusting and deals with things in the moment; as some say, in 'the power of right now'
