Stress-Free Therapy is a System of combining Integrative Therapy with Life Coaching for Personal Development and dealing with Life's Changes and by using Hypnotherapy for more physical symptoms such as support for becoming smoke-free or for weight control. Reiki can also be incorporated either subtly and/or you can ask for a reiki treatment at the end of your session as an extra

The aim will be to assist you in finding out your true feelings about things so that you gain confidence and  this will raise your self-esteem ~You will learn how to recognise negative feelings and thoughts and how to  control these  using CBT and Positive Psychology.
